1. General provisions

1.1 Administrator of personal data

www.evatronix.com service is maintained by Evatronix SA company with registered office in Bielsko-Biała, Wiktora Przybyły 2, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number KRS 0000125894, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 547-005-23-91, Statistical Identification Number (REGON) 00240916000000 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator), which is the administrator of the Users’ personal data in the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter also referred to as GDPR). This Privacy Policy regards www.evatronix.com service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” or “Services”) and refers to each user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) who uses the service, including also persons visiting the Services, persons administering the Service, persons sending messages via the Service (contact us form, newsletter) and cooperating entities.

The Administrator informs you that any contents available in the Service care protected with copyright or protective rights resulting from registered trademarks and in no way may be used without written consent of the authorized entity under pain of nullity. Any actions falling outside the above-mentioned permitted use are not allowed and may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution.

The Administrator shall use reasonable endeavours to protect privacy of the Users. The Administrator shall apply any precautions required by law so as to protect any data, including personal data provided by the Users, against loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access, inappropriate use.

The Administrator shall not be liable for privacy rules of the web sites visited by the User through the links available on the pages of the Service.

The Users shall be notified electronically of any changes to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Processing of personal data

The Administrator shall collect data for specified lawful purposes, process the data in compliance with law and shall not make the data subject to further processing inconsistent with these purposes. The data is collected only in the scope that is adequate, necessary and indispensible in relation to the purposes for which it is processed. The Administrator shall use reasonable endeavours to protect the data against unauthorized access by third parties and in this respect shall apply high level organizational and technical safety measures. The Administrator shall not make the data available to any unauthorized recipients.

The personal data collected through the Services is processed for marketing purposes, including profiling, and for analytical purposes. The data may also be processes in order to match the contents of web sites to the interests and preferences of the Users. Providing personal data for marketing purposes, including profiling, and for analytical purposes is voluntary. In the event of no consent to process personal data of the Users as part of using the Services and other functionalities, including those recorded in cookies - the personal data will not be processed for that purpose.

2.1 Way of collecting personal data via the Services

The Administrator of the Services collects personal data of the Users registering in “Sign in / Sign up” section, signing up for the Newsletter, and the Users leaving their personal data when completing the form, including the contact us form, request for quotation, and the forms completed when downloading free marketing materials from the Services.

2.2 The purpose for collecting and processing personal data

Personal data of the Users collected via the Services is processed for purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator, including:

  • sending sales offer regarding own products or services and products or services offered by sales partners of the Administrator, directly related to the Administrator’s activity,
  • telephone follow-up,
  • sending the newsletter.

Providing personal data by the User is a prerequisite to receive the information sent by the Administrator by e-mail, including sales offers and newsletter information.

2.2 Personal data retention period

Personal data of the Users will be retained until withdrawing by the User the consent for the data to be processed.

Personal data of the Users signing up for the Newsletter will be processed until unsubscribing from the Newsletter service.

Personal data of the Users registering for “Sign in / Sign up” section will be processed until deleting the User account from the Service.

2.3 Disclaimer of liability

The Privacy Policy shall not concern services and companies whose names and contact details are provided in the Service. Any contents available in the Service shall be informative only, shall not constitute an offer in the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code and may not be the basis for any claims against Evatronix SA.

3. Rights of the service users related to processing of their personal data

3.1 The User shall have the following rights with regard to processing of their personal data:

  • right to access the personal data, including to obtain a copy of the data,
  • right to demand the data correction,
  • right to remove the data,
  • right to file a complaint to the supervisory body responsible for personal data protection, - right to limit or change the scope of the data processing.

3.2 Information on the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body

The User shall have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. More information on the office web site.
